Yes. Add existing employees individually or use the CSV import template. Existing-workforce imports create active employee records without starting onboarding or creating employee accounts.
After your organisation is approved, an HR or Organisation Admin chooses when to start the one-time 30-day trial. It covers up to 25 active or on-leave employees and cannot be restarted.
No. HR can maintain records and record leave requests received in person or in writing. Employee self-service is optional and requires an invitation.
No. You can use VeloxaHR for employee records and everyday HR work only. Hiring for roles, applications and candidate screening is there when you need it, and Core includes two open recruitment roles at a time.
